Outstanding Achievement (2011)

This achievement could be associated with sport; a battle with health issues or a young person who has cared for someone else and the judges were looking for nominations that demonstrate great effort to reach certain goals. We are looking for a young person who has battled against difficult circumstances to achieve their aims.
